What a fun evening with girlfriends! What else could you ask for?...laughter, Mexican food, margaritas, gifts, chocolate cake and coffee ice cream, and lots of good conversation. My long time friend Beverly was here from Texas; my friend Esther was here from Washington DC; and Lavera Grant from Glendale- it was the first time the four of us have been together as a group. Beverly and Esther have both been my friends for a long time, and I just learned that they both were friends with Lavera (who I just met in October at Esther's graduation party) but Esther and Beverly had never met each other! Small world- proving we are all connected! In fact, we four have numerous connections with each other and it was just amazing. Lavera even knows Joe's daughter Siretha; and Beverly and Esther have another mutual friend; and Lavera's maiden name was Pierce and so was mine!
So nice to spend several hours with great friends-thank you God!
